Prepare for Your Screening: Once your appointment is set, a little preparation goes a long way. Avoid heavy meals, alcohol, or strenuous exercise the day before, and remember to bring along your identification card and any past medical records. Depending on the package and tests you opted for, you may be required to fast for 8 to 10 hours, adjust your medication intake, and collect your urine or stool samples. Day of Health Screening
Register for Your Appointment: Once you arrive at our medical centre, located at STAYTION Lifestyle Centre @ Dhoby, you will begin with registration and health assessment. Our staff will verify your identity and health insurance (if applicable), and you will be required to complete a pre-screening health questionnaire.
Go for Your Medical Screening Tests: You will begin with a physical examination, where basic measurements such as blood pressure, heart rate, height, and weight are taken. Depending on your chosen package and add-on tests, you will be guided through the different stations for physical examination and measurements, as well as laboratory and diagnostic tests such as blood taking and radiology imaging. Throughout the process, our medical centre team will guide you step-by-step, ensuring you feel at ease while we gather a complete picture of your well-being.
After the Health Screening
Review of Your Results: Once your results are ready, we will contact you to arrange an appointment for your review with our in-house general practitioner. Our doctor will go through your screening results with you, address any concerns you may have, and provide personalised recommendations based on your health needs. A copy of your results report will also be provided for you to keep.
